Rick Harris, CPA - Senior Accountant

Rick has over 28 years of experience with homeowner associations, he is a CPA, and has taken continuing education courses relating to homeowners associations as well as other topics. As a CPA, he is required to take 40 hours of courses each year in order to keep his certification. He is known to be very analytical and takes pride in the quality of his work. Accounting by basic definition is "Providing management with timely and accurate information to enable them to make proper financial decisions.", Rick said.

Chris Rezac, MBA - Senior Accountant

Chris has been with CAMS since early 2008 and has proven himself as a dedicated employee. He is currently taking classes to gain his CPA which should be completed in 2011.

Nancy Stanley - Senior Accountant

Nancy is a conscientious and trustworthy employee striving to be as productive and efficient as possible in her job responsibilities. She says: “It takes cooperation and motivation of all employees to come together for a company to be successful.” She is proud to be a part of that proficiency in CAMS.

Chandra Meshaw - Closing Coordinator

Chandra is dedicated to her family, her job, the homeowners and your community. She graduated in 2002 with a BS in Business Administration. She previously worked in the accounting department of other companies in Tennessee and Wilmington. After working at CAMS for one year, she was promoted to her current position of “HOA Closing Coordinator.” Chandra states, “I love my job & the company and people I work for. I take great pride in the accuracy and timeliness of the information I provide” when the owners in our associations sell and buy property.”

Sandy Maultsby - Accounts Payable Coordinator

Sandi takes her job seriously as her department is responsible for paying all the bills for all the associations. She needs to ensure the bills are paid accurately and in a timely fashion once presented by the manager of the community for processing.

Lauren Wilson - Accounts Receivable

Lauren received a BS degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from UNCW. She Started working for CAMS in May 2010.
