Kristina Shirley - New Business Development
Kristina was hired in 2007 as an executive assistant to President, Mike Stonestreet, in the New Business Development division. She remains loyal and dedicated to the success of the company as a whole. She believes her primary purpose is to “be of service” – not only to her superiors, but every co-worker and customer that should come in her path. Her philosophy: “Customer service is anything the customer wants it to be, because it’s not what we put into it, but what they get out of it.”
Cathie Johnston, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM® - VP New Business Development
Cathie Johnston is passionate about community building, whether it is literally establishing community associations in the early stages of development, educating and training association members during the transition process, or encouraging board members to work together for the success of their association. Cathie began her association management career in 1991 and has managed commercial, office, residential, sing-family, townhome, condominium and marina associations. Today she focuses on new business development and manager training as a member of the CAMS’ team.
