Maura Hart - Office Manager
Maura is a challenge-oriented office manager who is adept at organizing and administering activities that occur in any day-to-day business environment. She also has the ability to plan, organize and control the clerical aspect of the organization, including the preparation, communication, coordination and storage of data to support production and other important operations. Maura is a respected leader, equipped with the ability to share the mission and vision in such a way that people want to follow and accomplish the goals while being fully committed to providing and implementing dynamic, compelling solutions for the various department with service, products or information to help them do their jobs.
Lauren Zino - Client Services
Since 2003, Lauren has been the good-natured on-site Client Service Representative at Duneridge Resorts, Wrightsville Beach. Her goal is have the homeowners look forward to spending time at the beach knowing Duneridge is in good hands with CAMS.
Karen Johnson - Client Services
Karen is the on-site client representative for Palmetto Creek POA in Brunswick County assisting owners and Board members with association concerns. Karen has been with CAMS for 3 years.
Joann Dock - Client Services
Joann states: "No matter how busy I become during the workday, I stay determined to complete my daily work."
Bruce Cook - Mailroom
Bruce joined CAMS mid-2008 coming in through the Easter Seals UCP Supported Employment Program. He quickly became a valued asset to the company as he efficiently manages our printing & mail room.
Veronica Brown - Client Services
Veronica is dedicated to the company she works for and the customers we serve. Veronica has been employed with CAMS / Century 21 Sweyer for 10 years.
Amy Lee - Client Services
Since 2009, Amy has worked in various positions throughout CAMS' sister company, Century 21 Sweyer, and continues to grow with each position. She now happily serves in Client Services and could not ask for a better company to be a part of. Her primary focus is assisting homeowners with any request from balance inquiries to reporting needs within their community. Amy genuinely enjoys serving others and is dedicated to being a valued team member within CAMS.

Cindy is a conscientious and dependable person who thrives in creative and challenging environments, while remaining resourceful and lighthearted.
Christy Adkins - Client Services
As a long term employee of CAMS I have served our Clients for over 8 years. I have held several positions within the company ranging from Receptionist, Mail Room Clerk and Client Service Representative ensuring each individual person is handled with the upmost respect and that they are completely happy with our services that we provide to them.
Connie Russell - Client Services
Connie began working for CAMS in June of 2000. She strives to be a positive point of contact for those who ask for her service/help.
