Annette Springle

Annette Springle, PCAM®, CMCA®, AMS® - Community Manager

Portfolio Manager Annette Springle has eleven years management experience in Community Management. She holds AMS, CMCA and PCAM designations from CAI. She has experience with a variety of community types including Condos, Townhomes, Single Family, communities under development, and oceanfront communities. Annette is a valuable team member who works well with a variety of challenges and personalities. Her background includes construction , development and design.

Todd Edmiston, PCAM®, CMCA®, AMS® - Community Manager

Todd has twelve years Community Management experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance and also the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and the Association Management Specialist Certification (AMS).

Richard Anthony

Richard Anthony, CMCA®, AMS® - Community Manager

Richard is a retired National Weather Service meteorologist of 32 years. He started working with CAMS in 2004 after serving on his community Board of Directors for several years. Richard obtained and maintains the CMCA and AMS certifications. Over the years, Richard has managed all types of community associations and makes every effort to respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.

Nicol Von Schummer

Nicol VonSchummer, CMCA® - Community Manager

Nicol is the on-site CAMS Community Manager in Brunswick Forest. With a background in retail management, predevelopment property sales, a B.S. in Business Management and CMCA certification, Nicol enjoys combining her customer service aptitude, management inclination, experience and training to provide effective full service community management to our association members and board members. Since Brunswick Forest is in the early stages of development, many of our efforts are based around creating policies that will stand the test of time and that are in the best interest of the Members and the community as a whole. Nicol states, “the best part about what I do is getting to interact with a wonderful range of people, every day is busy and I get to be out ion the property seeing the community grow and transform before my eyes.”

Greg Rohde

Greg Rohde, CMCA® - Community Manager

Greg Rohde’s degree in accounting and years in the construction industry provide professional experience that makes him a successful CAMS Community Manager. Greg’s logical approach to the challenges of association management leads to solutions that benefit the associations he manages. He currently holds the CMCA® designation from CAI and is playing an instrumental role in CAMS software conversion. Greg is conscientious, pro-active and sees the “big picture” while dealing with the details required for an association to meet its goals.

Allen Elkins

Allen Elkins, CMCA® - Community Manager

Allen Elkins is the CAMS Community Managers for Station One at Wrightsville Beach. He is an energetic, systematic, diplomatic manager who enjoys meeting people and carefully considers cost versus benefit when maintaining, repairing, or replacing the Condominiums Common Elements.

Portfolio Manager Brenda Stewart takes pride in her job and the communities she works for. Brenda’s goal is to look for opportunities to improve our services and enhance the enjoyment of living in the community.

Mary Ann Crump

Mary Ann Crump - Community Manager

Mary Ann is a compassionate person, as displayed in her statement: “In this profession I wear many types of hats -- from construction to peacemaker. I have been managing properties for over 25+ years. As a Portfolio Manager I feel the most important thing is do is listen to your homeowners without making any comments till all the facts are before you. You will be surprised how much you can find out by letting the other person talk. Save a life adopt a Pet!”

Lee Bracey

Lee Bracey - Community Manager

Lee is extremely professional and respectful when dealing with colleagues and clients. She treats them the same way she would like to be treated. Lee goes the extra mile if needed to solve problems and get clients a quick response.

Shannon Smith - Community Manager

Shannon is of judicious nature. She joined the CAMS’ team in 2008 in the Client Service department and became a Community Manager in 2011. She is a graduate of UNCW with degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She also comes from a paralegal background and has had experience working with non-profit organizations. All combined, this gives her a keen understanding of homeowners’ associations.

Michelle Cassidy - Community Manager

Michelle began her professional management career with CAMS August, 2008 at beautiful Sanctuary Cove at St. Andrews Sound in Coastal Georgia. After accepting the position as Community Manager at Sanctuary Cove and joining a team with a solid foundation, she set for herself two personal goals: first, to maintain enthusiasm among the community, property owners and members of my professional team and second, commitment and integrity to my community, property owners, and my professional team. It is Michelle's objective to produce exceptional work in an efficient manner. Her dedication, confidence, community leadership, are only a few invaluable skills that she brings to CAMS and the community she manages.
