Dave Sweyer, Co-Owner/CEO
Dave of CAMS, received his MBA from Duke University and has a strong background in General Management. He started T&S Property Management LLC in 1998 and oversees the business aspect of CAMS.
Mike Stonestreet, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®, Co-Owner/President
Mike supervises the Accounting Department and the management operations in the Raleigh/Triangle and Brunswick County areas. In 1991, Mike founded Community Association Management Specialists (CAMS), one of the leading community management companies in North Carolina. Mike merged CAMS with T&S Property Management LLC in February 2003.
