Immediate Communication & Outstanding Customer Service
You’ll be amazed! Your homeowners association will receive immediate communication and outstanding customer service through:
Client Service Representatives Available 24/7
Taking care of you with one phone call is the goal at CAMS! Several years ago, our research showed many questions and requests made by association members did not require an answer from the Community Manager. The Company was then realigned to incorporate Client Service Representatives (CSR) who had communication with HOA members as their primary responsibility.
Several CSRs are located in the Wilmington office and many more are located on-site in the various communities we manage. No matter their location, technology gives a CSR the comprehensive information necessary to service the association membership.
Online Work Order Reporting and Monitoring 24/7
Communicating with association members regarding service requests is a priority. Members may make a work order request regarding their unit online at www.camsmgt.com. Once a work order is created, the property owner is able to update the information on their work orders on-line as well.
Assistance with Newsletter and Bulletin Distribution
Information loses its value as time passes. With the technology now available to everyone, all association members can be quickly informed of the latest news in the community.
Communication from and to the Board of Directors is vital in establishing trust.
Many associations prepare a newsletter as a primary way to share information. CAMS will mail a copy to each member or upload an association-prepared newsletter onto the association’s website for viewing.
Another way to keep expenses low while keeping property owners informed about what is happening in the community is utilizing the contact feature of our software with an email “blast” directly to each member.
