Our structure includes Client Service Representatives who provide your Association’s membership easy access to a CAMS Team Member who just might have the answer right in front of them. No more waiting for the community manager to return from a meeting or property inspection – our goal is to get you an answer with your first phone call or email. For true emergencies, CAMS Client Service Representative is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Service Company Supervision
The companies that provide services to your Homeowners Association are considered an extension of CAMS, so we care about the quality of service for a fair price each association receives.
Your association board will have access to work orders, invoices, and payment histories of the vendors that service your Association using our web-based software. Homeowners can request services online and can track information on their individual work orders as well.
Vendors complete an application, a certificate of insurance and submit tax forms prior to receiving their first check from your association.
Contract Specifications, Negotiations and Tracking
Contract Specification development can be a very technical process. Rather than Association Board members spending time developing the “Specs,” CAMS will prepare them for you!

Your CAMS Community Manager has access to the pricing of services being provided to many associations which provides a guide to fair pricing for most association contracts.
