As the guidance pertaining to the Covid-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we at CAMS remain committed to providing our clients and service partners with high-quality, uninterrupted service and guidance regarding your Community.  We have remained ‘Open for Business’ throughout the course of this event and we will continue to fulfill our service promise in the best possible way.  As a point of reference, please review the Reopening Guidelines that we have established to facilitate compliance with State and National directives.

The majority of Association day-to-day interactions can be done through your computer or your phone. To learn more about our convenient online service solutions, please visit our HOMEOWNERS and BOARD MEMBERS informative pages on our website. While we officially closed our regional physical office locations during the Pandemic, we did continue to meet the needs of our clients and service providers and therefore we will continue our service model while there are restrictions in place. Management and staff working remotely have uninterrupted secure access to our cloud-based software systems, which ensures that we continue to provide uninterrupted services to our clients and service providers. 

While recognizing the importance of “social distancing” during this period, we have received feedback from clients that the increased use of email, phone, and video to conduct business has resulted in greater efficiency and opened up new opportunities for our Board volunteers to fulfill their duties. We will continue to implement solutions and offer resources that will help our clients to further these goals. If an in-person meeting is required, we will accommodate the request to meet at our office upon scheduling an appointment. As a reminder we are available Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. to assist you.
