  • Dave Sweyer

    » Co-Owner/CEO-Wilmington, NC

    Dave started working in his family’s real estate business in 1998 after a career in corporate America working for GE and Allied Signal in increasing roles of responsibility in operations management. Putting his corporate experience to work, Dave started a Community Association Management company with the goal of offering a high quality, relationship driven business to associations in Southeastern North Carolina. In 2003, Dave and Mike Stonestreet merged their respective association management companies to become CAMS. 

    Dave is also the owner of Sweyer Property Management, a long term residential rental management company responsible for the property management of over 1,400+ units in Southeastern North Carolina.

    In addition to his business interests, Dave has served/is serving on the Board of Directors for Easter Seals UCP North Carolina and Virginia, The Executive Board of The Cape Fear Council for Boy Scouts of America, The Board of Directors for Corning Credit Union, and is on the Board of Trustees for Cape Fear Academy.

    Dave graduated from Vanderbilt University with an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering and received an MBA from Duke University.

  • Mike Stonestreet, CMCA, PCAM, AMS

    » Co-Owner/President

    Mike is “Hands-On” working daily with the community managers and their respective association Board of Directors regarding higher-level issues. In 1991, Mike founded Community Association Management Services (CAMS), one of the leading community management companies in North Carolina. In 1995, Mike became one of fewer than 680 in the United States to have earned the CAI designation of Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM). He currently serves on the CAI-NC Board of Directors.

  • Ed Yopp

    » CFO

    Ed came to Wilmington in 2004 to join the CAMS' team. He has worked to improve the overall level of professionalism within the organization with a focus on insurance and financial products and issues. Prior to joining CAMS, Ed worked at Highlands Insurance Group in a number of financial roles ultimately rising to the position of Director of Business Planning and Analysis and Special Assistant to the CFO. Ed graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, NC with degrees in political science and accounting.

  • Cathie Johnston Pittman, CMCA, PCAM, AMS

    » Senior Vice President

    Cathie is passionate about community building and brings 25 years of experience and passion for association management.  She thrives when helping establish community associations in the early stages of development, educating and training association members during the transition process, and encouraging board members to work together for the success of their association. Cathie began her association management career in 1991 and has managed commercial, office, residential, single-family, townhome, condominium and marina associations. Cathie merged her company with CAMS in 2006 and today focuses on management of the Morehead City Regional Office, which includes the Crystal Coast, New Bern, Jacksonville, Swansboro, Sneads Ferry, Holly Ridge, Myrtle Beach and Topsail Island.

  • Greg Rohde, CMCA

    » Senior Vice President of Operations

    Greg is responsible for overseeing the corporate operations of CAMS, which includes accounting, communications, the mailroom, IT and Spectrum Accounting.  He will manage these groups to achieve operational excellence through accountability, process improvement, customer feedback, and implementing lean processes for greater efficiency.  In 2009, Greg started with CAMS as a Community Manager and previously was a Comptroller of a 40 store retail chain in which he helped grow the company from the concept phase.  He has a Degree in Accounting.

  • Jane Whieldon

    » Benchmark CAMS President-Myrtle Beach, SC

    Jane started her career in the association management industry in 1983, but will tell you that she has been working since she was just one year old. She is very physically involved with all aspects of Association Management, developing and maintaining new relationships and takes great pride in what she does; always willing go to the extra mile for the Communities she is involved with. Currently, Jane is certified as a Professional Property Manager in Horry County as well as possesses the M100 licensure. In her spare time, you will find Jane Scuba Diving, fishing and Sky Diving.

  • Jane Harris

    » Benchmark CAMS Vice President-Myrtle Beach, SC

    Jane has been with Benchmark since 1998 but has worked in Association Management for over 30 years. She has been the head of Accounting for many of those years and is very knowledgeable in accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly financial reports, association funding and financial decisions for associations.

  • Ben Rhodes, CMCA, PCAM, AMS, CPO

    » General Manager-Charlotte, NC

    Prior to joining CAMS, Ben has spent over 10 years in the association management industry as a manager and industry executive. Ben brings with him several years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of communities from condominiums to large 1000+ home neighborhoods as well as an understanding of the vendor relationship within community associations. In 2009 Ben was recognized by the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Association Institute as the Manager of Distinction. Ben has served as board member, vendor and HOA industry executive.

    Prior to his career in the association Industry he was President and General Manager of Carolina Pool Management in Charlotte and has worked in New York City in the service industry specializing in high profile events including the Grammy Awards, Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show and private work for George Soros and Mayor Bloomberg. Over his 20 years in the Carolinas he has also worked with non-profit companies raising awareness for people with disabilities and promoting sport as a means to bettering relations among diverse groups.

    Ben is a graduate of Clemson University where he focused on management. His studies included community development, leisure services, and business. While at Clemson he was a member of Clemson Swimming and Diving team.

  • Deanna King, PCAM, CMCA, AMS, CDPM


    Deanna King has twelve years of real estate experience and has been an HOA portfolio manager for eleven years. She has worked with the three largest property management firms in Hawaii. With Hawaiiana Management Company being the largest, managing over 500 properties and 60 portfolio managers, she has a vast amount of knowledge in managing town homes, condominium and single family home associations. Ms. King also worked for Metropolitan Management, a management firm, and Army Hawaii Family Housing in order to establish one of the country’s largest military housing privatizations.

    During that time, she continued to pursue higher levels of professional education, having earned the Certified Privatization Property Manager (CDPM), the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) accreditation; the Association Management Specialist (AMS) accreditation, and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) accreditation, which is the pinnacle of association management. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management. Other accomplishments she has completed are obtaining a State of Hawaii Real Estate license and serving two years as Secretary on the Board of Hawaii Rental Housing Association. She currently sits as the Chairman for the CAI – Coastal Regional Council for the Southeastern part of North Carolina.

  • Madison Hargett

    » Executive Assistant

    Madison, originally from Okoboji, IA, moved to Wilmington in March of 2015. Since moving, she has thoroughly enjoyed everything a coastal city has to offer. She has learned how to surf, loves going to the beach and doesn’t think she’ll ever be able to go back to a cold weather climate. Madison graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Industrial/Organizational Psychology certificate. She possesses over 5 years of professional experience in office management and customer service. In her spare time, Madison instructs kickboxing at a local gym and loves staying active. You can find her hanging around the beach most weekends, playing fetch with her dog and spending time with her friends.

    » Business Development Director

    Nealie is a North Carolina native who is fortunate to have grown up on Topsail Island and has spent the majority of her life in the local area. She graduated from UNCW as a member of the Cameron Executive Network, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Since graduating, Nealie has utilized her determination and dedication while working in all aspects of business management and property administration. She started working in her family’s real estate business at a young age, contributing to property management, accounting, marketing, financing, networking and customer service; she is now a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker. Nealie is passionate about what she does and takes great pleasure in developing and maintaining new, gratifying relationships. When she is not working, Nealie adores traveling the world and/or simply relaxing by the water with friends and family!

  • Tara Armstrong, CMCA, AMS

    »Regional Manager - Wilmington, NC  

    Tara Armstrong initially joined CAMS in 2012 as a member of the Client Services Team and transitioned into the Community Manager role within several months. Previously, she worked through the ranks with one of the nation’s major wireless carriers with positions varying from customer service to technical support, and management to finance. Tara’s customer service and finance background benefit her as a community manager in building rapport with homeowners and in reporting financials.

    » Senior Community Manager - Wilmington, NC

    Todd has sixteen years of Community Management experience and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance. He also has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and the Association Management Specialist Certification (AMS) as well as the PCAM, which is the highest designation of the Community Associations Institute.

    Ashley recently moved to Wilmington to be closer to family. She comes to CAMS with over 8 years of experience in administration and customer service, with more than 2 of those years being focused in property management. Her passion for working with people is what drives her to not only meet, but to exceed homeowner expectations. When she is not working, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, and cheering on her favorite college basketball team (Go Duke!). “

Through her customer service and keen design expertise, she is passionate about ensuring a beautiful property and community. Johanna appreciates a strong relationship with homeowners and business owners built upon uncommon trust and rapport.

    Kathleen brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the CAMS team. She has recently relocated back to Wilmington to be closer to family. Kathleen is passionate about what she does and takes pride in her work. She appreciates building strong working relationships with her colleagues and building good rapport with our clients. When not at work, Kathleen likes to spend time with her family and friends, cooking, and riding her bike.

  • Shane Brewer

    Shane is originally from the small town of Sparta located on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the northwest corner of North Carolina . During his career, he has worked as a Construction Project Manager for six years, a National Sales Manager for two, and when he relocated to Myrtle Beach three years ago, started his career in Vacation Property Management. Shane is a tinkerer and adventurer by hobby and loves working on anything with parts and pieces. From cars to computers to pinball and arcade machines, Shane can fix it all. He also enjoys the outdoors in his spare time; exploring, hiking and fishing to unwind and relax.

    Shannon is of judicious nature. She joined the CAMS’ team in 2008 in the Client Service department and became a Community Manager in 2011. She is a graduate of UNCW with degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology. She also comes from a paralegal background and has had experience working with non-profit organizations. All combined, this gives her a keen understanding of homeowners’ associations.

  • Patty Fusselman

    » Assistant Community Manager- Wilmington, NC

    Patty brings over 12 years of customer service experience in the manufacturing, accounting and call center fields to CAMS. She is enthusiastic about solving problems and making sure the customer is happy. Patty has 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Patty moved to Wilmington from Indiana. After the cold winters in Indiana, she enjoys the beach and spending time outside.


  • Adam Soccorsi, CMCA, AMS

    Adam comes from Detroit, Michigan and relocated to the Charlotte area in June 2008. Adam attended Western Michigan University, graduating with top honors. He gained experience working as a portfolio manager for another large Community Management Company. Prior to joining the industry Adam and his wife Mandy owned and operated a successful automotive restoration franchise. Upon the sale of the business he volunteered for his HOA and felt property management was his calling, he now sits on the Board of Directors for his own Homeowners Association. Adam enjoys reading, carpentry and spending time with his wife, Mandy and his two dogs, Zeppelin and Lulu.

    Alex is an alumni of NC State with a degree in Communication and with history in customer service and marketing, he is dedicated to providing his Associations with the best service possible. Originally from Winston-Salem, Alex is enjoying all that Charlotte has to offer. In his spare time, Alex enjoys being outdoors, learning to cook, and most of all, competing. Whether on the volleyball court, or with friends in a game of cards, competition motivates him to do his best.

  • Courtney Shires

    Courtney comes to CAMS with several years of previous management experience in the Richmond area. Originally from Virginia, and a graduate of West Virginia University, Courtney recently moved to Charlotte to be with her fiancée Robby, who grew up in the Charlotte area. Courtney believes that accountability and effective communication are the two most essential keys to managing a community. In her free time, Courtney can be found running, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and cheering on the Ravens and West Virginia University in football.

    David, a Wilmington, North Carolina native, graduated from UNCW in 2007 with a degree in Operations Management. In 2009 he decided to move to Charlotte, North Carolina where he began working in Community Management and became CMCA certified. David has been with CAMS for over 5 years and when not working hard for our Associations, enjoys hiking, camping, surfing, snowboarding and doing CrossFit.

  • Frances-Marie Puente, CMCA, PCAM

    Originally from Miami, Florida, Frances-Marie graduated from Nova Southeastern University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. Since graduation Frances-Marie has spent over 8 years in the association management industry as a manager and director of management within the industry. Frances-Marie brings experience managing luxury high-rise condominiums as well as experience with the management of 55+ and better lifestyle communities throughout the Carolinas. Throughout her career, Frances-Marie also served as a board member and has received numerous awards for her dedication and constant desire for improvement: the 2014 CAI PCAM Scholarship by the CAI SE Florida Chapter and the YOU CAN DO! Award. She recently achieved her PCAM; the most prestigious of all CAI designations. Prior to her start in the industry, Frances-Marie had her own mobile closing business which catered to title companies and was a sought after corporate trainer for the title insurance industry.

  • Jenny Glidden

    » Community Manager- Charlotte, NC

    Jenny Glidden, a Community Manager at CAMS, didn’t always spend her days advising HOA boards. Jenny used to unearth treasure as an exploration geologist in an open pit gold mine in Cripple Creek, Colorado. While getting her education in geology, Jenny moonlighted in community management. While she truly enjoys finding hidden gems, she missed the unique relationships that come when being part of a community management team. So she traded in her hammer and chisel for board packets and landscaping contracts to begin her career at CAMS. “My experience in community management taught me the importance of customer service and communication. It taught me the value of multitasking and refining my processes for better efficiency. I have a strong passion for selfless dedication to completing a job to the best of my ability.” Jenny may no longer be searching for precious metals, but her search for a real work family landed her at home with CAMS.

    Kelly was born and raised in Lancaster, PA.. She graduated from Lock Haven University in Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Administration. Kelly worked as the Recreation Manager at the Omni Orlando Resort in Championsgate in Orlando, Florida before moving to Charlotte, NC. Her hobbies include any and all sports, whether she's watching them or playing them, being outside, hiking, and spending time with her husband, friends, and family.

  • Kieley Wilson, CMCA

    Kieley was born and raised on the eastern plains of Colorado. Prior to becoming a Community Manager at CAMS, she spent five years with a large nationwide management company with offices in the Front Range of Colorado. At that firm, she held positions in community management and also served as the Director of Community Management. She has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation and is in the process of getting her Association Management Specialist Certification (AMS) designation.

    Kieley is a graduate of Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Her degree is in Business Management and she holds a certificate in Communication. In her free time, Kieley loves traveling across the world, internationally and stateside as well as listening to live music, staying active playing sports and entertaining her three nephews. She also volunteers with Partners Mentoring Youth and as a youth sports league coach.

  • Larry Sheeler, PCAM, AMS

    Executive Director at Carolina Orchards

    After spending nearly two decades in law enforcement, Larry owned and operated a successful Orlando area management company and has managed several large-scale communities, including a 55+ community with a robust lifestyle program and clubhouse. Over Larry’s career he has worked with a number of developers, builders and associations and he understand the complexities that make each and every community special. Much of Larry’s community association management career has been involved with communities that are under development and he has successfully navigated through the turnover of control from the community development team to homeowner control many times, including for a 3,100 home master planned community. Larry knows Community Association Management is a very personal business and has made it his goal to improve the quality of life for homeowners, while protecting one of their greatest investments - their home.

  • Mary Ann Crump

    Mary Ann is a compassionate person, as displayed in her statement: “In this profession I wear many types of hats — from construction to peacemaker. I have been managing properties for over 25+ years. As a Portfolio Manager I feel the most important thing to do is listen to your homeowners without making any comments till all the facts are before you.     Stacy is originally from Massachusetts and relocated to Charlotte in 2013. She brings experience as an Assistant Community Manager for a Charlotte based association management company as well as an on-site Assistant Manager for a large single-family community located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She received her Bachelors of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts. Stacy enjoys activities on the water, volunteering with the Junior League, travelling, spending time with her family, and is a die-hard New England sports fan.

  • Jayson Pratt

    » Maintenance Supervisor-Charlotte, NC

    Originally from NY, Jayson moved to Charlotte in 2007. With a background in construction he started working with Duvall Investment Group as part of their construction team(Commercial Construction Associates) doing unit remodels/repairs for their commercial buildings. He then started working for the maintenance department as a tech when they decided to dissolve their construction department. After several years with a dedicated work ethic and excellent service he was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor. He is a humble and passionate person who strives to serve our communities and assist our managers to the best of his ability. In his spare time, he enjoys being outdoors and staying active. Whether its playing any kind of sport or just enjoying nature through camping and hiking, he enjoys every moment life has to offer.

  • Hanna Pate

    Hanna grew up in Lancaster, SC and went to York Technical College where she gained her Associates in Applied Science/ Admin Office Technology and Paralegal Certification. Hanna worked in logistics two years prior to coming to CAMS and thoroughly enjoys problem solving. In Hanna's spare time you'll find her spending time with her 3 year old daughter and family doing things like going camping and venturing off to different events within the community.

  • Kaytee Bell

    Kaytee has worked in customer service for 8 years, with 4 years as a supervisor. She thoroughly believes that a good relationship with the customer is the key to a successful business. Kaytee prides herself on being a hard worker and a team player. She grew up in Massachusetts, just South of Boston, but relocated to Sunset Beach to be closer to her family.

    Jamie brings a wealth of knowledge to CAMS with over 8 years of community management experience. Jamie Bryan is a graduate of the University at Albany in New York State and has a Bachelor’s degree in Women’s Studies and Sociology. As an experienced Senior Manager Jamie has great experience in both portfolio and onsite association management of Homeowners Associations, Condominium Associations, as well as Timeshares and Cooperatives. Jamie is a Florida State Licensed Community Association Manager and has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) accreditations.

    Alisa comes to CAMS with 15 years of customer service experience. She sat on the Board of Directors as President in her community and has worked in financial institutions that require certain experiences similar to a community manager. Alisa has lived in Wilmington for 12 years. She and husband, Jason, love living in the Southport area.

    Greg has been in the Community Association Management field since 1980. He and his family moved from Alexandria, Virginia to Wilmington, NC in 2002. His vast experience includes working as: Executive Director of St. Regis Resorts in Topsail Beach, NC; Vice President of Property Management for the Coastal Region of the Kuester Companies and currently with CAMS, the manager for Brunswick Plantation POA, a large scale community in Brunswick County, NC. Greg’s management experience includes COA, HOA, POA, cooperative, and townhouse.

    Karen Johnson brought her vivacious personality to CAMS’ growing Brunswick County region in 2007. She has experience in business administration and customer service. She has enjoyed working with Palmetto Creek since 2008 and was dedicated to being their on-site Community Manager in 2012. She is driven, resourceful, and a natural problem-solver. Her passion for assisting her residents translates to consistently outstanding client satisfaction. Karen is a joy to her residents and co-workers alike.

    Lisa Marie has ten years of experience in the community management industry. She has been a portfolio manager for the past three years in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area where she managed condominium, townhouse and single family communities. She has been active in the SC – CAI Chapter and served on the exhibitor committee for the 2014 state conference. Lisa Marie has been recognized by management, her peers, developers and homeowners for her knowledge and attention to detail at the communities she manages. She puts great emphasis on developing and maintaining productive working relationships with vendors, homeowners and board members.

  • Nicol Karn, CMCA

    Nicol is the on-site CAMS Community Manager in Brunswick Forest. With a background in retail management, predevelopment property sales, a B.S. in Business Management and CMCA certification, Nicol enjoys combining her customer service aptitude, management inclination, experience and training to provide effective full service community management to our association members and board members. Since Brunswick Forest is in the early stages of development, many of our efforts are based around creating policies that will stand the test of time and that are in the best interest of the Members and the community as a whole. Nicol states, “the best part about what I do is getting to interact with a wonderful range of people, every day is busy and I get to be out on the property seeing the community grow and transform before my eyes.”

  • Ashley Orr

    Born and raised in and around Washington, DC, Ashley moved to North Carolina with her son in 2013. Ashley began her professional career as a Customer Service Professional with the US Government. She now has 10 years of experience in customer service and satisfaction, with 8 years focused in property management and leasing. Ashley takes pride in ensuring each customer transaction is smooth from start to finish and doesn’t stop until the job is complete. Ashley recently rescued a Lab Mix named Izzy in addition to her Yorkie named Chloe. In her pastime, she enjoys playing with her little one and soaking up the sun at the beach.

  • Christopher Parrish

    » Assistant Community Manager- Brunswick County, NC

    Chris Parrish originally hails from the quaint town of King, North Carolina but has called the coast home now for 8 years. He recently graduated Magna Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Theta Kappa from Brunswick Community College with an Associate of Science in General Education. He is now pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing online at East Carolina University. Go Pirates! Chris loves to travel. His favorite spots include Charleston, SC, where the low-country cuisine is unparalleled, and the picturesque city of Savannah, GA, which is filled with the fondest memories because it is where he married his beautiful and amazing wife Megan in October 2013. They have one "kid," a husky/akita mix named Zephyr who thinks he is a lap dog.

    » Assistant Community Manager at Brunswick Forest

    Cindy is originally from California where she and her husband had their own business for many years. She is the on-site Assistant Community Manager for Brunswick Forest and the neighborhoods within. She has worked in the property management industry for 11 years, and has been with CAMS for over 5 years with the last 4 of those years in the Brunswick Forest office. Her current position is working as the liaison for the Architectural Review Committee (ARC), as well as, working with the owners to help them resolve problems. She thrives on creative and challenging environments, while remaining resourceful and lighthearted.


  • Cheryl Larson, CMCA

    Cheryl, joined the CAMS team in 2014 with previous management experience and 30+ years of experience in custom service, administration and construction, she is dedicated in providing her Associations with the best service possible and exceeding homeowner expectations . Originally from Charleston, WV, Cheryl has lived in Charlotte, NC for 28 years, and is now enjoying her coastal lifestyle in Morehead City. Cheryl loves to take advantage of everything a coastal town has to offer and in her spare time can be found at the beach most weekends, exploring the area or at the gym, and spending time with her family, friends and two dogs.

    Hailing from Virginia Beach and having the privilege of being the 1st born daughter of a United States Naval Aviation Electrical Instructor and living in countries abroad has given Anna a unique and diverse background in world cultures and people. Anna has called Carteret County home since she began her freshman year at West Carteret High in Morehead City. Prior to joining CAMS, she spent 6 years in property management. Anna's 20+ years in administration and customer service has provided her with the tools and capabilities to assist clients, co-workers, friends and family alike.

    She has raised 3 loving children and in her spare time you will find her with her little grand baby, her family, boyfriend and 2 lil fur babies. She also spends her time satisfying her love of music by attending concerts and festivals.

    Michelle joined CAMS in August 2008 as the community manager for our Coastal Georgia region properties at Sanctuary Cove at St. Andrews Sound and The Estates of Sanctuary Cove. She previously worked with the original developer of these communities with a number of titles. Her position varied as the closing coordinator to assistant project manager, working directly with corporate, HOA attorney’s, engineers, contractors, county and state planning and development agents. Her background consist of real estate law, residential planned community development, residential construction, project management, and sales and marketing. Implementing knowledge and experience she is dedicated to providing professional management, leadership and annual strategies to her communities. She has proven success “on-time and within or under Budget” for the communities goals and projects and overall annual budget. Michelle believes strong loyalty, proficient service, performance and integrity are essential keys in managing a community.

    Born and raised in the Washington, DC area, Barbara moved to North Myrtle Beach in 1995. With vast experience in woman’s clothing retail store management, it was an easy transition to property management in 1996.     Christine grew up in New Jersey where she lived most of her life until a brief stint in the Pocono Mountains for 3 years prior to relocating to North Myrtle Beach in 2014 for the warmer weather. Christine received her Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Whales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Since then, she has worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. In her free time, Christine likes to spend time with her dog, Meadow, a 13 year old Yorkie mix as well as kayaking, hiking and relaxing on the beach.

    Cindy has been in the property management field since 2003 and with Benchmark since 2006. Customer service is her highest priority and she has strong administrative skills to keep all aspects of her job in balance. Because she has been with most of her properties for so many years, she has developed deep professional relationships with her boards and homeowners who know they can count on her to do what she says she is going to do. She is active in CAI and actually enjoys doing her continuing education for keeping her CMCA current. Cindy’s free-time activities include a daily yoga practice, participation in the local Corvette and Mustang clubs and going to movies. She is a current events nerd and enjoys reading.

    Jillian is originally from Buffalo, New York and graduated from SUNY Oswego in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She has worked in the Hospitality Industry for the past five years, most recently for Wyndham Vacation Ownership where she was the Assistant Guest Services Manager. Her main focus was providing owners and guests memorable vacations as well as managing a staff of over 40 people. Jillian takes pride in her work, always striving to be organized and consistently following-up. Her hope to bring a sense of humor to the because she loves making people laugh! In Jillian’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dogs in their newly renovated home that they did themselves.

    Sue was born and raised in the Cleveland, OH area. She graduated cum laude from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and moved to Myrtle Beach shortly thereafter to work for the summer and has never looked back. Sue has worked in the hotel/resort industry for 30 years holding various management positions. Most recently however Sue has been working with the Benchmark CAMS group since 2005 and holds the position of Community Manager.

    Theron started his career in association management with Benchmark in 2000 where he managed several communities in the North Myrtle Beach area. In 2004 he and his wife, Rebecca relocated to Florida where he earned his CAM license and managed numerous properties. In 2013 it was time to come home! Theron rejoined Benchmark and manages properties in Myrtle Beach and Calabash, NC. Theron and Rebecca live in Little River and have been avid Scuba divers for many years.

When not working with Benchmark/CAMS, he is also the Stage Manager for the Long Bay Symphony on the Grand Strand which he has done for the past 14 years.     Lauren received a BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from UNCW. She Started working for CAMS in May 2010 where she headed the Accounts Receivable department and quickly moved on to become the Account Manager and now the Accounting Systems Manager for the Accounting Department.  Lauren's role is to support the accounting staff, see that the accounting deliverables are met and continue to make improvements in the systems and processes of the accounting department.

    Nancy has over 25 years accounting experience, previously employed by Georgia Pacific in Oklahoma City working in cost accounting and managing Accounts Payable/Receivables at Steamship Agencies in Wilmington. She has been with CAMS since 1998, starting out in Accounts Payable for a short period and then managing Accounts Receivable for seven years. For the last eight years she has been handling financials for several associations. She is a dedicated employee and believes in being as accurate, productive and efficient as possible in her job responsibilities. She says: “It takes cooperation and motivation of all employees to come together for a company to be successful.” She is proud to be a part of that proficiency in CAMS. When not working, she enjoys reading, walking, riding her bike and spending time with her family.

    Julia earned her B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial Concepts from the University of the South in Sewanee, T.N. Over the past 6 years, Julia has gained her financial experience through various roles within one of the largest banking cities in the country; ranging from being a teller for a local credit union to handling investment accounts within a Fortune 500 financial institution. Julia also had the opportunity to work side-by-side with a renowned real estate attorney in Wilmington, which gave her valuable insight into the world of homeowner associations. In 2015, Julia relocated to the Wilmington area to be closer to her family and the beach. In her spare time, Julia enjoys taking advantage of her home on the coast by fishing, kayaking, and picking up beach volleyball games as often as she can.

    Kelly Ann grew up in Ft. Lauderdale and got her Associate’s in sociology at Broward College. She previously worked as a 911 dispatcher in Missouri and Arlington, VA, and then in customer service for 4 years. Kelly Ann moved to the Wilmington area in 2011 after moving around quite a bit so that she could be closer to family. The Wilmington area soon became one of her favorite places to live and she is happy to be growing her roots and raising her children here. In Kelly Ann's spare time you will find her cheering on the Braves, reading Harry Potter books and attending the Renaissance Festival every year.

    Amy, originally from upstate New York, graduated from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY with a Bachelor’s of Science. Upon graduating, Amy moved to Connecticut and was employed with GE Commercial Finance and Healthcare Financial Services for 13 years in Customer service, Operations, and Sales Support Roles. In 2008 Amy, along with her husband and two sons relocated to Wilmington. During her free time, Amy enjoys quality time with her family and two “fur babies”, having fun with her friends, watching her son’s soccer team and volunteering in the community. Amy is very happy to live so close to the ocean and enjoys the warm sunny weather!

    Candace Williams, a native Wilmingtonian, has worked for a fortune 500 company as a customer service agent, coach, and supervisor for the last nine years. She completed her education here in Wilmington, graduating from Miller Motte Community College with an Associates Degree. When Candace is not working, you can find her actively participating in our community with the Girl Talk Movement – A girl’s empowerment and educational program. Candace also enjoys spending her free time hanging out with family and friends, going to the beach and playing around with her dog “Sammie”.

    Nancy Kay Pearson is from the Wilmington area and resides in Leland N.C. She brings with her 20 years of experience in Finance, both mortgage and sales and has strong customer service relationships that were built while working as a Mortgage Specialist, Residential Housing Specialist, Floorplan/Modifications and Interior Design Specialist. Nancy Kay also has experience with Administration duties while working with some of Wilmington’s Major Finance and Mortgage Banking Industries.

    Nancy Kay takes pride in her job and takes her customer’s needs very seriously. Nancy Kay spends most of her free time supporting local musicians of Wilmington and surrounding areas, which include both of her adult children as they themselves play at some of Wilmington’s finest venues. When Nancy isn’t teaching Sunday school for K-5 at her local church and loving the beach, you can find Nancy cooking, boating, taking long walks with Carlee, her yellow Labrador dog and spending time laughing with family. All of these things Nancy does in her free time reminds her of how wonderful life can be.

She helped open the first Verizon Wireless retails stores in Wilmington, NC. Susan enjoys working with the public and meeting new people every day. It's important to get the customer issues resolved with a one call resolution to keep them happy.

    Her joy is beach time with her grandchildren and family including the dogs.

    After joining CAMS in 2008 through the Easter Seals UCP Supported Employment Program, Bruce quickly became a valued asset to the company. Over the years he has efficiently managed our printing & mail room while continually taking on additional projects throughout the company. Bruce is now processing all community insurance policies into a database to streamline monthly reports to administration and property managers.

    Amica was born and raised in Winnabow, NC. After graduating from South Brunswick High School she enlisted in the United States Army Reserves, where she served for eight years. After a year-long deployment to Iraq she returned to Fayetteville State University to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to joining CAMS she worked for the United States Postal Service as a Letter Carrier and a Window Clerk in the Wilmington and Southport offices for almost six years. In her spare time she enjoys helping those less fortunate and baking delicious goodies for friends and family.
