When a property is sold or refinanced, there are disclosures required as part of the real estate transaction. Requests for documents and disclosures may be submitted to the right by any parties to the transaction. The costs associated with these disclosure services and resale processing tasks will vary depending on the requested services. The closing attorney determines the proration of fees as part of the settlement calculations, and any related questions should be directed to the closing attorney. The submission of a Closing or Disclosure request will notify the Association that a sale is pending so that our CAMS Closing team can ensure that ownership will be updated in a timely fashion.
