VendorSmart is our secure, web-based platform designed to streamline compliance for service providers. Through VendorSmart, you can:
  • Easily upload and manage required documents (W-9, General Liability, and Workers Compensation certificates).
  • Receive proactive notifications before any documents expire, so your compliance status remains active.
  • Benefit from centralized document management and insurance verification, reducing risk for your business and our communities.

Compliance Requirements

To remain eligible and ensure timely payment, please keep the following documents up to date:
  • W-9 Form
  • Certificate of Insurance (general liability coverage limits, issued to: CAMS c/o VendorSmart)
  • Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance (required for providers entering association property)
VendorSmart’s team reviews all submissions to ensure requirements are met for your annual registration and ongoing compliance administration on behalf of our association clients.
