Requests for exterior modifications can only be accepted from the owner of the property - if you are not currently listed as a homeowner for the property we would need documentation reflecting yourself as an authorized representative for the property, or written consent from the current owner authorizing the submission of the ARC.
Documentation verifying ownership must be submitted to CAMS by the closing attorney together with payment collected at the time of the property closing in order for us to set up your account. Because it may take several weeks for CAMS to receive closing documents from the attorney, you may submit your new owner information via our website and attach a copy of your deed (www.camsmgt.com/new-homeowner), allowing us to create your account sooner.
