I need to know if a violation notice was sent to a resident in my Association?

We cannot legally share any violation information with neighbors. 

Enforcement of covenant restrictions and association rules is done according to the board's direction and in compliance with the association's policies. Such actions are private information and cannot be shared with neighbors. 

Sometimes it can take several months to work through the violation process; however, it is necessary for the association to follow the rules of enforcement in order to properly bring it to conclusion.  

The association is not able to respond to disputes between neighbors. If you have a concern with a neighbor, note that the authority for dispute resolution lies with police or other authorities but is entirely beyond the power of the association.
