All reservation forms, deposits, and rental payments must be received by CAMS prior to a reservation being confirmed.
Please review all forms, clubhouse rules, and documents to ensure that you have read all the instructions that relate to your reservation. You may view your reservation in the portal.
Amenity reservations are processed during regular business hours in compliance with the association's rules. You will receive an email once your reservation has been confirmed.
If you need a key, this must be coordinated with the local CAMS office during business hours. Electronic locks are programmed to remotely allow access during the reserved hours only.
CAMS's 24-hour emergency on-call staff do not have the ability to override amenity access schedules.
