Payments are processed electronically to provide the most secure environment for the association's funds and personal data
Payments sent via check or through the homeowner's online bill payment portal can take two to three weeks due to potential mail delays and bank processing
When the payment has been received by the associations bank account, the payment information is securely transmitted to CAMS from the bank each business day. Our accounts receivable team posts payments promptly. Delays are beyond our control due to payments being processed by the bank.
The easiest and most secure method to make a payment is by paying online. Electronic payments are secure and fast and ensure no delivery delays or late fees.
