The board of directors is a group of homeowners just like you who volunteer to participate in community governance. Just as our elected officials uphold our constitution, the board upholds and enforces the community’s governing documents as is their fiduciary, legal and ethical obligations.
The powers and duties of the board include:
- Setting and collecting assessments
- Using those assessments for community operations, maintenance needs, insurance premiums
- Contracting a management company for the association
