How to pay:
- You make the payment from your own bank's website
- You MUST type your address and association account number in the memo line of the payment transaction so posting errors are reduced
Additional information:
- Many banks will mail a check and don't send us the funds electronically. This is controlled by your bank, not CAMS.
- You must log in to your bank's website to pay each time or to start/stop payments or change the payment date and amount if your association changes the assessment amount
- Payments may take three weeks to post if a check is mailed. If the bank sends the funds electronically, it will take 3-4 days to post
- Your bank will withdraw the funds from your bank account immediately; however, your payment will not reflect on your association account until the payment is received by the association
