Community Association Management Services (CAMS) is pleased to announce that Cameron Everett has taken on the role of Community Management Training Specialist. His primary responsibilities in this role include guiding and supporting new managers, providing hands-on coaching, mentoring with empathy, and manager transition support.
Prior to his new role, Everett served as a Community Manager in the Charleston, SC region. During that time, he became a trusted mentor and steady presence for teams navigating transitions. He has also had leadership roles in recreation management and higher education. Additionally, Everett led large-scale training initiatives for academic advisors at several schools.
Everett is excited to step into this role.
“I’ve always been drawn to supporting managers as they build confidence and navigate complex situations,” said Everett. “My goal is to create consistent, meaningful training experiences that support managers at every stage of their journey.”
Senior Vice President of Community Management Ronda Bossert, CMCA, AMS, is looking forward to seeing what Everett will accomplish in his new position.
