In her new role, Chadwick will lead the strategy, operations, and growth of CAMS’ work with developing communities. She will also guide declarants through the transition to owner-led boards of directors and serve as an executive point of contact for developers and boards.
“Over the last 10 years, I’ve been grateful for the opportunity to serve boards and owners in the Developer Services space,” said Chadwick. “I’m excited about my new role and to build stronger connections with the CAMS team and clients. I’m truly looking forward to this next chapter!”
Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts and Developer Partnerships Ben Rhodes, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, said Chadwick’s experience and leadership make her well suited for the new role.
