CAMS Austin Reed Earns CMCA Credential

Community Association Management Services (CAMS) announces that Austin Reed, Assistant Facilities Manager at The Palisades Community in Charlotte, has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation.

Reed joined CAMS in March 2025 after graduating from the University of Georgia in 2023. New to the community management industry, he has spent the past year building his knowledge of homeowner associations and community operations while supporting The Palisades community.

“Earning my CMCA has been a great way to reflect on how much I’ve learned and grown since starting at The Palisades just over a year ago,” said Reed. “It has been an exciting milestone in my career and represents the knowledge and growth I have gained since entering the industry.”

Manager at The Palisades, Jamie Wildes, is pleased to see Reed advance in his career.

“Austin has become an important part of our team in a short time and has helped build strong relationships throughout the community,” said Jamie Wildes. “Earning his CMCA reflects his commitment to professional growth and the dedication he brings to his role every day.”

The CMCA designation is awarded to community management professionals who demonstrate a fundamental understanding of community association management principles and practices.
