CAMS Julia Oliver Earns CMCA Designation

Community Association Management Services (CAMS) is pleased to announce that Assistant Community Manager Julia Oliver has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations credential.

Oliver joined the CAMS team in August 2025 and serves the Palisades community in Charlotte.

She is thrilled to have started her journey of earning industry designations.

“Earning my CMCA is the culmination of a year of hard work, and I couldn’t be prouder of this accomplishment,” said Oliver. I’m excited to see what’s next and grateful to those who supported me along the way. Next stop: AMS!”

Oliver's supervisor, Community Manager Jamie Wildes, CMCA, is pleased to see her commitment to growing in her position.

“Julia has been a tremendous asset to the Palisades community and CAMS,” said Wildes. “She approaches her work with pride and enthusiasm, has become an indispensable part of our team, and is highly valued by the residents she serves.”
