CAMS Promotes Community Manager Kate Watters to Regional Director

Community Association Management Services (CAMS) is excited to announce that Community Manager Kate Watters, CMCA, AMS, has been named Regional Director of Greenville, SC. In her new role, Watters will oversee community managers, develop team goals, participate in marketing efforts, and ensure that CAMS top-tier service standards are maintained throughout the region.

Watters joined the community management industry in 2008 in an administrative role. She has been with CAMS since 2020 and has held various roles, including her most recent, Community Manager.

“I’m thrilled to have received this promotion! I hope to apply my 18 years of experience to the growth and betterment of the company and make my team proud,” Watters remarked.

Regional Vice President Lesa Vermillion, CMCA, AMS, is happy to see Watters progress in her career.
