Community Manager Doug Byars Earns AMS Designation

Community Association Management Services (CAMS), a leading provider of community management throughout the Carolinas, is pleased to announce that Community Manager Doug Byars, CMCA, has earned his Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation.

Byars entered the community management industry and joined CAMS in 2022. Prior to coming to CAMS, he owned his own vending business for 20 years.

Byars is excited about his accomplishments.

“I have always enjoyed learning and excelling at whatever I do,” said Byars. “Earning my AMS is another step toward becoming the best community manager I can be, and an asset to the communities I manage and CAMS.”

Regional Vice President Richard Orduno, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is proud to see Byars advance in his career.

“Doug continues to quietly lead by example, and his latest achievement demonstrates that character trait,” said Orduno. “CAMS, especially the Raleigh region, is fortunate to have someone of Doug's caliber on the team.”
