Community Association Management Services (CAMS) is pleased to announce that Community Manager Robin Balda, CMCA, has earned her Association Management Specialist (AMS) credential.
Balda joined the CAMS team in 2023 as a community manager. She previously worked as a property manager, handling all types of rentals from vacation to long-term. During her time in property management, Balda worked closely with property owners to provide guidance on managing their biggest investment.
“I’m thankful to be a part of CAMS, where I feel like every person I interact with genuinely cares, and I have access to a constant network of support,” said Balda. “Earning my AMS has added another tool to my toolbox to help me better serve my company, community, and team.”
Regional Vice President Deanna King, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is thrilled to see Balda pursue her industry education.
“We are thrilled that Robin has earned her AMS designation!” said King. “This achievement shows her commitment to advancing her career and increasing her knowledge and expertise in community management.”
