Community Manager Ray Zepernick Earns CMCA Credential

Community Association Management Services (CAMS) is pleased to announce that Community Manager Ray Zepernick has earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.

Zepernick joined the CAMS team in 2025 as a Community Associate before being promoted to Community Manager. His previous career experience includes ownership of several businesses, including opening a notary, title, and mortgage company. He has also served on the board of his own community for the past six years, five of those spent as board president.

Zepernick is excited to have earned his CMCA designation.

“Earning my CMCA has been a personal goal, and achieving it has strengthened my confidence as a Community Manager,” said Zepernick. “Having the CMCA designation also reassures the boards I support that I have the knowledge and commitment needed to effectively serve their communities.”

Senior Vice President Ronda Bossert, CMCA, AMS, is proud of Zepernick for pursuing his industry credentials.

“We’re proud to recognize Ray for earning his CMCA! This is a meaningful milestone that reflects his dedication to professional growth and delivering excellent service,” said Bossert. “Ray’s commitment to excellence makes a positive impact on both his communities and teammates. We look forward to seeing all he continues to accomplish.”
